Internship Opportunities with DC Peace Team
DC Peace Team is a dynamic and growing organization driven by a passionate team of staff, volunteers, and interns. We’re always looking for bright, motivated individuals to join our efforts in promoting peace and justice. As an intern with us, you’ll play a key role in supporting our programs and initiatives while gaining valuable experience in the nonprofit sector.
Why intern with us?
We design our internships with students in mind, with a flexible commitment based on your academic schedule—typically for at least one semester or quarter. Our internships are a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience, connect with professionals in the peacebuilding field, and support projects that make a real-world impact. Interns gain professional development through membership in one of programmatic committees (UCP, Training or Restorative Justice), free access to training sessions, and compensation starting at $20/hour.
