Internship Opportunities with DC Peace Team
DC Peace Team is a dynamic and growing organization driven by a passionate team of staff, volunteers, and interns. We’re always looking for bright, motivated individuals to join our efforts in promoting peace and justice. As an intern with us, you’ll play a key role in supporting our programs and initiatives while gaining valuable experience in the nonprofit sector.

Why intern with us?
We design our internships with students and young professionals under 25 years old in mind, with a flexible commitment based on your academic or work schedule—typically for at least one semester or quarter. Our internships are a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience, connect with professionals in the peacebuilding field, and support projects that make a real-world impact. Interns gain professional development through membership in one of programmatic committees (UCP, Training or Restorative Justice), free access to training sessions, and compensation starting at $20/hour.
